If you are looking for a decorator Tootie is the best around. She is the most reasonable priced company I could find! Her work is absolutely fabulous!!! I had found pictures I liked online and she took those pictures and made them even better! When I walked into our hall for the first time after she decorated I was so amazed. The director of the hall I had even said our room was one of the best she's ever seen decorated before! I highly recommend Tootie and Pearls Decor! Thank you Tootie for making my dream come true!
